We've just moved into these apartments and like them so far. The staff has been friendly and helpful. We may have gotten lucky with good neighbors, but we don't hear them really at all. Parking is limited but we've yet to have a problem with that.
It's true the buildings are old and the carpet is not in great condition but the kitchen is wonderful!
We moved from a more expensive apartment that had a tiny kitchen that connected to the livingroom. It sucked!
This one is great. It's large and separated from the livingroom. The bedrooms are spacy enough as is the bathroom. The apartments are all one level so you don't have stairs or noisy footsteps above to worry about. I would recommend these for sure.
