Very nice apartments for the most part. Tiadora (Tida), the secretary, is quite helpful, but when she takes vacation, you can't get any maintenance done in a timely manner. Plumbing is a SERIOUS problem. We have had incidents where we have come home and someone has been here to use the restroom, we did catch the maintenance man in our apartment using our bathroom once when we came home. They definitely need to overhaul their maintenance staff.
