Extremely rude management. They put her up in an Apt. that had holes in her windows and door. Didn't even need a key to get in the place. Had a huge hole in the wall covered up by the frigde. Carpet and tiles are coming off the floors. She is suppose to move in in 2 days and they haven't fixed anything!

I have been staying here for about 5 years now and I haven't had any problems. Yes this apartment complex has gone through alot of property managers, but I can honestly say that we finally have a good one. The maintenance really sucks, but thank goodness I haven't had any problems with my apartment. Alot of my neighbors have work orders and it takes them a long time to come out, but when they do come out to fix the problem it's fixed for good! This is a good place to call home.

These apartments are seriously over priced.Each individual pays something different ranging from 450 to 500.If you really think about it considering the location and the condition of these apartment you would think the rent would be around 300. When you first move in there are already several things that stand out such as the carpet which have very bad stains,smells, and very easily pulls off the floor. The kitchen floor has tape holding the tile down and is also dirty. Holes in the wall that the landlord tries to cover with some type of item such as a bed, fridge, or anything to cover it. Don't think these apartments come furnished, they don't if anything is left inside it's covering something. Also whoever wrote that comment about how wonderful the staff is they lied there is no staff its just tracie the landlord. She charges late fees without you knowing anything until a months later she tells you she only accept cash meaning no money orders or checks are accepted. She also pushes every work order to side getting nothing done the only thing she knows is having her rent money. There are certain steps taken when evicting a person such the process of a court order well over her its just no rent get out. The play ground area for the kids is just ridiculous I wouldn't even let a dog play in that area. Not only is it dangerous it is filled with fleas,ticks, and only gods knows what. There is no privacy here Tracie don't allow you to have guest, play music, or anything that a person will normally do inside their place. And my biggest problem with Tracie is that she tells everyone business to one of her workers who just so happens to be a tendenant as well. Do not live here its just not a good place to be.
