Overall, Hunter's Glen is a good place to live considering you live in Killeen. The biggest downfall is the parking situation. If you're not home before 5 or 6 at night then plan on parking way in the back of the complex and walking quite a ways to get to your apartment. The other major thing is the fact that Hunter's Glen is located right next to a church day care. You can here the sound of children screaming and playing on the play ground all throughout the day. Not to mention the fact that you can't even sit and relax on your balcony because you are litterally 20 feet from the play ground. And they don't have a privacy fence put up either. If you live on the other side of the complex you're right next to Wal-Mart and you can occasionally hear people talking on the loud speakers. Which you never really notice. The grounds in the apartment itself are really nice. Maintenance is good at fixing any problems. As far as safety goes, it's pretty safe except for the apartments across the street which are ghetto. The staff here is also really nice. And they have a really nice pool, kiddy pool, hot tub, and sauna. The inside of the apartments are nice. Except the appliances are out-dated (but they work great). And all the cabinets are really old and out-dated. But the good thing is that all my neighbors I've met are really nice. Overall, it's one of the better places to live in Killeen. My advice is to live in any apartment complex that is south of I-190(the side that doesn't have the military base on it). The grass is definitely greener over here. More safe and more nice, that is.
