Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
They are decent apartments, but overpriced. The rent is going up from 585 to 605 for a 1 bdrm 599 sq. ft. That doesn't make any sense. The parking is a unorganized b/c they're isn't any assigned parking and everyone doesn't stay here. The parking is overcrowded. Keep looking. You'll probalby find something else for that amount.
