Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
The price of a house now is only 100 dollars more for a new house, average rent is $725 at these apartments. I have lived there for two years now, the location is great but the non resident visitation is definately an issue with very limited parking. The maintenance is great, but the staff is inflexible with issues sometimes outside of control for soldiers. Would recommend with caution, not for first time renters.
