Being a military family sometimes it is hard to go and look for places before you move and you kinda have to take what you can. Well that is what we did. We called the first place we could that would accept pets and got an apartment with here. I read a few of the reviews and decided that it couldn't be that bad, well it was worse. The whole apartment was dirty upon us even moving in. The first 2 days of living there, I spent cleaning. Our carpets smelled of animal urine and overall just needed to be replaced, the toilets we VERY dirty, and the list goes on. Two days after moving in our AC quit in the middle of July. Informing the office they new something was wrong and when they went to fix it he stated that he would go take apart another unit to fix ours. Also while we were there it was not unusual to have a $300 electricity bill. I decided just deal with it and we will either get housing on post or orders to Iraq and we will be able to leave. After we put in our notice to move I knew we had to pay to break the lease but after we wrote them a check they called us a few days before we were to be out of there and informed us that they needed more money from us and that they could only take a cashiers check when just a week before they accept our money. The place is just a total dump. Our shower quit working 2 months before we moved out and it still had not been fixed when we moved out. It seemed like everyday something broke and they never wanted to fix it. This place is so not worth the money or the headache. Please take my advice and everyone before me DO NOT RENT FROM HUNTER'S GLEN.
