My husband and I lived at Keystone for about a year and a half... and we do not have a single complaint. The staff is very friendly and helpful and were more than willing to help with even "small" maintenance issues. Anytime I had trouble w/ an appliance, or with our A/C, they were right there to fix it or replace it. The apartment community is also friendly. The pool area is kept clean, and we generally felt safe there. Also, there are plenty of places we could walk to from our apartment, which was SO nice (especially if you know what traffic in Killeen can be like).
