for one dont expect your deposit back. you have to call and call about 20 times over 4 months to try and get them to send it to you. there are cockroaches and other bugs all over the place!! it is not safe at all, the police are there all the time for break ins. there is not enough parking, and the pool is not kid friendly. the grounds are dirty and there are constantly parties and loud noise. the rent is only 450-500 a month but expect high utilities, the electric bill alone will run you over 200 a month. the sinks never work, they are small cramped DARK apartments. If you have a problem with the place the workers never come fix it when you need it done, you again have to keep calling them to get it done. when we moved into ours, the bathroom was covered in urine, we spent 2 days scrubbing the place. cars get broke into alot, and if you are gone, people will go into your place... people with keys, like the staff. i wouldnt live there again for 10 million bucks.... the ceilings leak and so do the windows when it rains hard.
