This place is a little more than most in the area but you are paying for a very nice apartment complex that's gated and very close to Fort Hood (about 3 miles from main gate). I rented here once before and moved into a house for a while with a friend. That was the worst mistake of my life and I moved back in here as quick as I could. Move in and move out is very easy...none of the complexities and court battles I ran into with the house rental company. Very trouble free, fair, and the apartments are very nice inside. Only downside...bring a washer and dryer and some extra money for your cable bill because it's not included.
