I just wanted to write a little bit about how good my experience at stone creek was! i only lived there from October until may but it was great! any time that i had something wrong it was fixed right away! for example the day that i moved in someone was parked in my assigned covered spot, i called the apartments and they were out of the office and the answering service relayed the message and this was after hours, and i went to the store and came back and it was already taken care of, the person was warned and told to move their vehicle! Another example is my husband was in Iraq, and i needed help getting my washer and dryer moved in and i talked to Bobbi and she had a friend of hers come right over and move it in for me! It felt like i was dealing with family! I feel as if the women in the office truly care about the residents that live at their apartments! Whenever i walked in the door they greeted me with a smile and a hug or a "hi sweetie how are you doing today" most places just treat you as tenants! So to end i just have to say that when i was living there i was so satisfied with everything! The maintenence, the office staff, the surroundings, etc. if i moved back to Killeen that would be the first place that i looked for an apartment! Thank you so much Ursula and Bobbi for making my stay there excellent!!!
