I was just going over the negative reviews about the apartment complex that my husband, son, and I live in and it's funny. Unless you aren't friendly or don't pay your bills on time you should have no problem. I moved in to Stonecreek when I was 7 months pregnant and waiting for my husband to return from his second deployment to Iraq. My dad and I drove from California and we arrived on a Saturday. At that time Stonecreek wasn't open on weekends but Ursula came, on her day off, met us, and allowed us to start moving in. They told me that they were a phone call away and they were. I had some problems late in my pregnancy and they were there to help. Bobby would do anything for you and has for us. I consider her another grandmother to our son. My husband is a Cavalry Scout and is gone in the field a lot. Everyone keeps talking about the price of these apartments but if you add up the rent, water, and electricity, it isn't much more than anyone else I know pays here. How can you put price on safety' I have lived in Killeen for over three years and trust me, you won't find a more safe place to live. For the women complaining about there not being any kids around, if that's all you can complain about than you are pretty lucky. There is something called the F.R.G. I'm sure if you contact them you could meet a lot of other Army wives with kids. If you live in Killeen odds are, you are associated with the Army, and it is what you make of it. Military life is tough so get used to it. The maintenance guys are always there if you need them. Whether it's picking up trash that someone may be to lazy to put in the dumpster to fixing a garbage disposal, they are on top of things. The staff keeps this place clean and I can't think of another place that I would like to live. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It' s fantastic.
