The staff tells you "welcome home". Well I don't feel home at all. At first the staff was very polite, but once I was ready to sign the lease, they became rude and dismissive. This place is not family friendly, the amenities are not convienent to resident schedules and the staff has been very rude since I signed my lease. I do not reccomend.

I want to know what you did wrong? I lived there for 1 year and the staff helped me with my move prior to iraq, and when i returned. I think this place is the best killeen has to offer, and if you don't think so you are truely missing out.

That is odd. I've never had a problem with the staff,they could not be more helpful. Before and after I signed up.
