We lived at Apple Creek from 10/04 - 12/06. The office staff was always very nice and Andy (maintenance man) was awesome...even after Andy left and we got the new guy, we never had to wait more than a few minutes to get something fixed. One time my a/c went out after midnight. I called the emergency maintenance number and w/in 10 min. Andy was calling me back. Sure, he was tipsy (hey, it was a Sat. night), but but he told me exactly what to do to get my a/c up and running (it was just the breaker).
The parking sucks, but we had assigned parking...so our guests always had to walk a distance. Never saw any roaches or anything and they sprayed every 3 months for bugs anyhow.
I miss Apple Creek!

Oh, the prices went up when we renewed our lease, but they were doing so much work on the apartments, we didn't care. The new owners really seem to care about their apts! New paint and landscape on the outside is great! The only thing they need to do now is fix the potholes.
