The 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt had a dirty oven, dirty fan, chopped up counters, corners broken on the cabinet doors, and writing on a couple spots of the walls, junk in the back porch, the oven racks were even sitting outside, dirty and against the back fence, as well as a broken window when my wife and I moved in. Immediately the young guys living above us played ridiculously loud music throughout the nights, and the staff did little to nothing about it. After 7 months of paying without any problems, we gave 30 days notice, but after 15 days asked for an extension (purchasing a house delays), and they verbally granted 8 days. Then on Nov 28, they told us that we had to be out 6 days before the date they had given because the new tenants wanted to move in early. We had to pack and move the whole place in one weekend. So when we didn't dust or clean the things that were dirty when we got there- they tried charging us over $300: $15 for dusting each blind, $5 for vacuuming each room, and so on. When I told the manager that I had two packages coming within two days she said she was going to send them back and not accept them until I pleaded with her to let me pick them up within two days. There was also NEVER enough parking.
You'll be happier at a classier place.
