I have lived here off and on for the past 6 years, and I have never really had a complaint! Yes rent is going up, but compared to Corpus this place is a steal. Everyone in the office is very nice and would do anything to help you, especially Manuel the maintanence man, he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The closets are a great size and so is the bedroom. No they arent that spectacular looking, but no older apartment is and you will not find one this great especially in Kingsville. I love the assigned parking, and the list could go on. Goodbye Apple Creek thanks for the wonderful years!!!
