Mgmt doesnt tell you that the water bill is shared with everyone. So if your expecting an average water bill of $40 - $45.00 a month, watch out. They filled the pool (even though its always dirty, full of leaves, palm tree leaves, etc), our water bill went from $45.00 to $88.00. They "share" the total cost with you even though you dont use extra. So everyone that is watering their flowers, plants, washing their dogs, cars whatever, guess what your paying for it. If there are 4 people living there, they figure that everyone is about $20.00. So 4 people, $80.00 without pool fill.
05/09, they emptied the pool and refilled it again, so guess what, the bill will probably be over $100.00. Still no dish network base and antenna, still no work on toilet, no A/C check.
04/09, my vehicle was broken into and $1200.00 in damage/lose. Mgmt doesnt police their areas and you never see a Kingsville Police patroling either. The only time mgmt "polices" the area is to see if you have added other people to your apt to charge you more and also to deliver your rent bill. Other than that, they usually arent around.
03/09, the toilet still doesnt flush like it should, they took my dish network base and dish and promised to get me another one nothing yet, asked to have the A/C checked out, nothing. The fleas in the apt, well we had to get that done ourselves.

Well I'm sorry if your car got broken into but that must have been one of your own friends. let me tell u what be glad the pool got taken care of because it had been close for a long time. And for water everybody has to pay cant have everything free.

I'm a resident here at the arroyo apt. the place has come a long ways from 2008 til now the new maintenance has made a big difference keeping up with the property.The pool is in great condition well we could use pool furniture. the yard looks good.cant ask for any more.

i dont have any friends so no it wasnt. sounds like the same people that were either taking care of the property or not. yeah i remind myself that the water was free everytime i paid $90 im so glad that you enjoy living there, hopefully you wont have any problems that require their attention. hopefully, none of your friends will break into you car and steal your things that you work so hard to get. and seeing as how these were posted anonymously, im pretty sure i know who posted it. the "pool" LOL yeah, ive seen cleaner pig troughs.
