Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1995
I lived here back in 1984 and at that time it was one of the best apt complexes in kingsville if not the best.. I never experienced any problems.. Being a college student at the time I thought it was too far from campus.. Other than that I really enjoyed it.. My two college roommates did as well.. We lived in a 2-bedroom with 1&1/2 baths.. Our rent was $310.. One last thing: I love those palm trees..
