I lived at Colonial Arms from Dec 2007 - Dec. 2008. Great Experience. Clean, Concerned management that took care of any repairs that I had. I even got a Birthday and Christmas Card. Pool clean. Quiet, serene environment. Fabulous landscaping with flowers. Thought I would move at the end of my 6 month lease and once I started to shop around realized I had a great bargain with ALL BILLS PAID. I signed another lease for 6 months. Yes, I would recommend. Got a great job offer in Atlanta... Just moved and wish I could find something as nice as I left.
