I have lived here for 10 years and the different management that came in and out of this place was a bit. We recently got new management and she runs this place exspecially well. When ever we need maintenance done she and her maintenance gentleman are right on top of things. We see her out there all the time working landscaping and other things. They have a real winning team here. Also when and if there are things going on that shouldn't be (which is hardly never) she's right on top of things and she addresses the problems immediatly. She is very friendly and very caring and she makes sure we never worry for anything. She's even holding a get together for Halloween, which has never been done in the past. She is very family oriented and she treats us all like family not some body that just pays their rent like the last few managers. We even get birthday cards and holiday cards and she holds quite a few meetings once every month. I am here to say that this place is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived and I would recommend anybody who likes strict and quiet and treated fairly to move here. The best part is that it is all bills paid.
