If your looking for a quiet place to live with speedy maintenance and a helpful staff, this is the place to live. The management (Ms Rosa) is awesome. Hawks Landing has gotten several awards for their up keeping. I would recommend these apts to anyone moving to Kingsville. There is a waiting list, but it is well worth the wait!
