Overall, these apartments feel like an extremely exaggerated dormitory. Kind of pricey but you do have a lot of amenities. Washer, dryer, dishwasher included in apartments. One negative thing is if you don't have roommates move in with you, you get randomly placed with another person due to individual leases. Can be loud, especially on weekends. Close to the university, which is a plus.
