Leasing Office Staff Acts Like Little Kids

The staff in the front office is always watching TV and playing games in the club house. On several occasions they have stopped by the apartment after 11:00 o'clock at night to deliver a letter. A couple of months ago my roommate and I request new carpet and we're still waiting. The pool is never open but it was one of the main reasons why I chose these apartments. The apartment units are ok but the staff sucks! If you don't care about service or the way that you're treated then these are perfect for you.
