Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
The apartments are old but they are well maintained. I lived there a year and never had any problems. A light bulb went out and I just walked to the office and told them and in less that 5 mins they came to fix it for me. Its not the nicest place to live but there are not major problems. Each apartment is assigned one cover parking spot but there is pently of other parking so that is not a problem. Majority of peopl who live there are college students but there was never any parties or loud noise. It was me and my sister living in a one bedroom with a study, which there was pently of room in the study to use as another bedroom. We never had any problems and felt safe there.
