I lived here for 6 months. The a/c never worked up stairs and the bugs NEVER die. I sprayed every 2 weeks and the roachs never died. The electric payments are not explained well at all and thier is NO meter to check. I watered, seeded and fertilized the big grass area in front for my kids to play in. Just to have 2 hoses and sprinklers stolen and chopped up by the lawn crew. The a/c unit inside sounds like a jet plane. The walls are patched and water leaks. Enjoy.
