Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
It took three months for the maintanence guys to SOME what fix a gas leak. There was an inch and a half gap between the front door sill and door. Bugs had easy access.
There was no insulation with the upstairs apartment and you could hear EVERYthing that went on upstairs, even phone calls,squeeky bed etc...Was cheap though.
