Where should I begin' This place is THE worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, and I've lived in some bad ones. Don't bother putting in a work request to have something fixed, because it won't happen. Two months ago, I put in a work request to have my toilet, that hasn't worked right since I moved in, fixed. I've had to call numerous times to have them come out because the toilet flooded the upstairs. The downstairs ceiling leaks...maybe toilet water' The electric rates are outrageous. They claim to have an awesome company with outstanding rates. Pfft, $200 a month for electric is not awesome to me. The pool hasn't been open in who knows how long, and when you ask them when it's going to open back up, the answer you get is "Tomorrow." I guess they like that nice green color. While still waiting for them to come fix my toilet so I don't have to worry about getting toilet water dumped on me while I'm sitting downstairs, I had a new mishap. I guess they decided they wanted to fix the roof leaks, so they started re-doing the roof. During this, they managed to cave the roof in on my daughter who was sitting in a bedroom. Two foot hole in my ceiling, yes I can see daylight, for 3 days now. It's raining today, so I have a new sunroof, with rain. The apartment manager came out the day it happened, and yes she was cheery as she said with a smile on her face, Sorry for your inconvenience. Still waiting for it to be fixed, oh and not to mention my daughter getting hit on the head by moldy debris from the *attic* area. So, unless you enjoy crappy management and repairs that will never be fixed, I wouldn't recommend this apartment, and I didn't even go into the non existent pest control for their rampant roaches.
