I have lived her for about 4 years and I feel safe. I think that the office staff and maintence staff are very friendly and helpful. I have recommended KP to several people and they enjoy it as well. When I put in a trouble call they get here as soon as possible. You need to remember that there are other apartments as well. There is an answering service and if maintence needs to come out at night, they will. I trust them to come into my home if I am not home. They are always planning activities for the apartment community. This is not just another apartment complex. I fully recommend this apartment community for every family. I know people are talking about past problems (those are in the past) The new staff has corrected any problems that were there. I hope you make the right choice for your housing.

You sure have been fooled. They don't fix the stuff promptly. The office staff is very rude. Activities planned? Like never planning to clean the pool so the the residents can actually use it? This is NOT just another apartment complex, this one is infested with mice and roaches! I'm glad you enjoy yours. As for everyone I've spoken with, they hate KP.

They hardly ever clean the pool. They tell us that they have to get people to come out and clean the pool. Like that is our problem. It has not rained here in the past month or two and still the pool is not clean. The only thing they have ever set up for the apartments is a community garage sale. I have had a work order in for 6 months now and I had to personaly talk to the maintanence guy, which is a friend of mine, to get him to come fix stuff because it was getting that bad.

This is the most laughable review i have ever seen! Either you're reviewing the wrong apartment complex or you work for Kingsville Pointe. Judgin by the lies i would say its the latter. As a resident i have NEVER heard of ANY activites. NOT ONE! Please dont try and advertise this piece of crap complex
