When I started here, nothing worked. Plumping and the A/C had problems. The staff would tell you whatever you wanted to hear to get you to leave. Then Tara came. When she first came, I thought she was a -----. She was mean and got nasty with several people. But within 3 months, everything got fixed. Tony is the coolest maitence person ever. You put in a work order at 2 PM and by 4 PM its fixed. The pool is big and nice, but usually has 20 kids peeing everywhere in it. There are some shady characters that live there, but nothing has every happened to me. When it comes down to it, this place is way better than my old place, and I haven't seen anything better in Kingsville.

You must be kissing management's butt then. If you complain, you don't get stuff done, and management is STILL rude. Tony IS great though. They say they close the pool on Monday's for cleaning, but if you go there Tuesday, it's disgustingly dirty.
