Where do I begin,well first of all lets talk about the staff! I paid the rent in April on time and then on the 7th I found a note from the staff stating that I had not paid and was going to be evicted. When I confronted them they had nothing to say other than I didn't pay it and that putting my rent in the drop off box doesn't necessarily mean that they are going to get it. I threw quite a fit and decided to do some checking. They are not accredited through the Better Business Bureau, and on top of that they had an F grading.I filed a complaint and they didn't respond until they were notified the second time. After I had recieved a refund from the lost money order I gave them the check and what the manager said was that she probably threw my rent check away without noticing it!! Can you believe that!!! The reason for this stupid remark was because I told her that they had probably stole my check since thay are the only people with access to any rent monies rendered. These people are all thieves, not to mention that they fired their last manager on account of her pocketing money. I strongly urge anybody thinking about renting here or anywhere to do their homework, my complaint with the Better Business Bureau is still pending.!!! Don't let this happen to you!!!!!!!!!!! Another thing is that they have in house burglaries all the time and these people tend to blame the victims. All the utilties that you have to pay you have to pay to the complex and they charge whatever they want to. My electric bills are always up and down. This is a crapy place to live!!

i live out of kingsville and was planning to move to these apart because i thought they nice and big, now i am kind of doubt it because of all these bad reviews.
