I can't not believe anyone would say anything bad about these apartments. I lived right above the manager and I can honestly say I had no serious problems living there for the year I did. If there wasa maitnance problem it was taken care of quickly and everyone was nice and it was very very very quiet even on weekends.
Its is a great place. The rent price was also resaonable for college students.
