Living in this apartments was a nightmare. The parking lot is full of holes and noise is really a problem. Since it is all students, the office people assume all students are dumb and can be taken advantage of. Some of the rooms have new carpet but some of them don't. There is a swimming pool but it is all dirty. One time I called maintenance and they told me they would come the next day, but they came one week later because they have had a lot of work. (A lot of work because everything here is falling apart). Some of the rooms are big, but some of them are just too small. When a friend left her apartment, there was a small spot in her refrigerator that couldn't come out, and they charged her $50 for a little spot that you could barely see.
If you are going to live here, think twice, you might not like it and you are required to sign a lease for six months. Plus, they are expensive.
