I was there for 2 years and it was perfect. Im in pharmacy school so it was not even 1/4 mile to the building. I wanted a one bedroom, but close to school. The layouts are huge with plently of storage. Never had to hunt for parking and I got along great with the management/staff. Can't beat the location, value, and size. I have recommended this to new upcoming pharmacy students, as they are now satisfied as well.

Yes, it is close to the school and yes parking is easy to find. But the noise levels are pretty high during long school sessions. The office staff doesn't help you. It may take a week for the maintenance to fix things. And as far as safety, it seems safe, but check how many tires have been slashed and how many people have been beat up. I've lived in the one bedroom and two bedroom, there is no where near the storage most decent apartments would have. And the rent is increased everytime the lease needs to be renewed. I've had nicer apartments than this place for less and with less hassle in nicer cities than Kingsville. Ugh! The only thing this place has going for it is it's location, but I'd rather walk 5 miles up hill in the snow than live at the Squares.

I'd have to agree with the other anonymous here, the squares are horrible, and there are students who party literally 5 days a week and they stay up until 9 am the next day. Calling the cops doesn't work, because they go right back to it 5 minutes later. The "emergency" line for the Squares never works, and it is more of a message box than an "answering machine." Me and my fiance ran out of there and ended up at bordeaux near Wally World. I'd rather pay the extra $100 a month and drive 10 minutes to the Campus than live at the squares. ps. Here at Bordeaux, maintenance fixes things the same day that you call in your problem. I had a broken refrigerator here and they completely replaced it the following morning.......try bordeaux, don't waste your money at the squares!!!

I don't think someone who lived in these apartments even for a single day would recommend staying in here... THE WORST APARTMENTS.. DANGEROUS TOO...
