Living at the university squares was like a nightmare in hell. First of all the management is stupid,they are lazy and don't do anything, they don't listen to you when you have a complaint and they rip you off and don't give you back your deposit.. they actually charge you extra when you move out for stupid things like maid service,new light bulbs and cleaning the carpets...read the contract carefully because they try to hide the extra costs they give you and don't show you the forms that say that.I did not feel safe there was 2 drug bust when i was there one was the apartment right in front of mine, i was going t class one morning and there were police men braking down the door. Also my sister was almost killed when a car crashed into our apartment at 2:00 in the morning the day before finals, we had a huge hole in our room and it was never fixed until we moved out, all the put was a piece of plywood to cover the hole. we had roaches coming in from the hole and out neighbors on the floor on top of ours had a leak and it spread to our ceiling... it became mold and it had a horrible smell!!!! when we told the management they took their sweet time "fixing it" one guy came in with a paint brush and white paint and proceeded to paint over the mold... we were outraged and wrote a letter to the management telling them they had to fix it properly or we would get lawyers involved only till we had to go to such extremes did they fix it and did a sloppy job at that! And the list goes on and on... poor security dead people in the pool, its just horrible how this place is run... it was the worst experience of my life please do not ruin your life by moving into this place!
