i live at the university square apartments right now, and this morning i saw a mouse in the kitchen. we also had really bad bed bugs when we moved in and had to clean like crazy to get rid of them. i havent had any problems with the management, but i also never talk to them. if your late on your rent though, even just a day, they come in your apartment and leave a note on the inside of your door, which i dont like. a phone call would be better i think. we had some problems with our ac and called the repair guy, he came pretty quick but he didnt speak english and it was hard to tell him what was wrong with it. needless to say we are moving out as soon as our lease is up. i also think its way too expensive for what it is. dont bring kids here! im pregnant and i wouldnt dare raise my kid in this apartment.
