The previous reviewer said it best. The staff will bend over backwards to get you in here, but once you've signed the lease, they treat you like you're not a person. Complaints about noises from neighbors go unanswered - every time I try to complain, they staff say that their computer is broken and they can't document anything. Funny coincidence that this happens every time there is a problem with my neighbors or with the apt. itself. Pretty soon you get the message that there is no point in complaining or asking for things to be fixed with your apartment. They know that once they have you locked in a lease, they can blow you off...and that's exactly what they do. Their attitude towards you changes 180 degrees once you've signed the lease. And they mislead you to get you to sign the lease, like "no you can't hear the traffic noise from Kingwood Dr. from any of the apartments." It's one of the loudes apt. I have ever lived in. You really feel like they've pulled one over on you once you're sign the lease and move in.
