I lived at The Lodge for over a year. Previous management was great. It was a good company. However, the property was sold to a company new to the Houston Market. They obviously aren't familiar with Texas Hospitality!!! It is my opinion that the employees in the office are not well trained. They are young and more worried about getting to "act" like they are in some important position rather than maintaining resident retention. The company would be wise to make sure their property manager is current and informed about HAA Laws. Look around!! Kingwood has some great properties!! The Lodge is not worth your hard-earned money!!!!
