THE NEW PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN MOVING IN ARE NOT THE SAME CLASS OF PEOPLE THAT WERE THERE WHEN I MOVED IN. IT IS VERY LOUD AT NIGHT AND THE PARKING LOT HAS ACTUALLY BECOME A "DRAGSTRIP" FOR RACING. I'M NOT KIDDING HERE - ITS A RACETRACK. OH, AND BY THE WAY, THERE'S A GUY WHO LIVES ABOVE ME THAT COUGHS UP PHLEGHM ALL NIGHT LONG. NICE!
