Overall, a definite thumbs up!

Haven't lived here for a year (moved out Sept. 2005), but here's my belated review. We lived here for 1y, 9mo. Great one bedroom floorplan, nice wooded views available. They employed a great fitness instructor that led a free workout class 2 or 3 times a week. The property is well maintained and of the few maintenance requests we had, they were fulfilled promptly. They pressure washed our patio twice at our request (for free). Also a generally friendly staff, but they were experiencing alot of turnover just before we left. We did not pay for covered/garaged parking and were still able to park both our cars very close ot our apartment. Also, the place is walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store and Molly's Pub.
On the negative side, the entrance gate is often broke/stuck open, the "hot" tub is not heated--they did tell us this, but it can be lost on some people... It's billed as a "therapuetic tub" or the like. The exercise room had some out-of-date/broken equipment that never got fixed during our stay. There are a variety of utility companies to choose from, yet the office recommended the most expensive (Reliant) although shopping the rates we found Direct Energy to be the cheapest.
