The staff is uninformed and a pain to deal with. Maintenance does not know how to knock and will walk in on people. The water turns brown. Parking is a nightmare. People will park in your designated (PAID FOR) parking spots, children will play ON your vehicles. Electric bills are outrageous. They stick it to you, don't plan on getting your deposits back!!
