I have lived here for 2 years almost. I have never had a real problem. The maintenance guys are friendly and prompt. I'm about to renew my lease for another year. The office staff may be a little unprofessional sometimes. One time the guy actually walked into my apartment to show it to "future residents", when he saw me he just turned around and left. It was weird. Also, a lot of apartments and vehicles have been burglarized ( 16 in the past 2 months to be exact ). This has not happened to me. I think it's only happening to down stairs apartments ( in buildings 12 and 13 ).
