Lodge at Kingwood

I lived there for 2 years and at first it was great. As time passed, things went downhill fast. They lost my rent check twice and placed notices on my door for possible eviction whichwas quite embarrasing to say the least. I had to physically go down to the office, show them the check number, and help dig through what they call an organized pile to find it. No apologies once both checks were found. The noise was an issue as well. I lived next to a loud indian family who played music at all times of the day and night. I would constantly tell the office and the security guard on duty but they would do nothing about it. I finally took matters into my own hands and took care of it myself with a little face to face confrontation with the resident. Finally, when you go to renew your lease, the dont give any incentives but in fact raise the rent. It would be cheaper if you moved out for a month and then came back to sign a new lease rather than renew. Needless to say, I left and went to another complex. Stay away from here. Office staff sucks and is rude. At least the pool and gym are nice and location is great.
