Notice the below 50% rating!!! The Apts appearance is inviting - but dealing with the youth, arrogance and uncooperation of the "youth" in the office is an unwelcome exchange. Welcome any maturity in charge. The communication is incomplete to say the least and at times just down right lies. Promises of cards to enter the exercise room and you dont get them. I have heard of tennants being told they received their cards and didnt - and then charged for additional cards. Who is keeping that money''' The lease will say you get a remote for the gate and its not given. The gate code is never changed and everyone enters anytime. No wonder burgleries have occurred. People park where they are not suppose to, the mgmt doesnt do anything. People let their pets deficate where they are not suppose to and the mgmt doesnt do anything. They are busy pocketing money from tennants - I guess - In any obscure way they can find. RENTER BEWARE One positive - the maintance crew is very nice.

I am the manager here at the Lodge. I think it is unfare to judge someone's work ability based on their age. I have been in management for seven years and am very well seasoned in managing apartments. In response to your post we do have access cards available and if you didn't receive one I invite you to come to the office and pick one up. We only charge you if you have lost the original one we gave you. As far as the lease goes it does not say you will receive a gate remote it states you will get "Other access devices for Gate Access." Which you do we give every resident a gate access code. If you would like to purchase a gate remote for added convienance you may do so for $35.00 those are also available in the office. As far as people parking illegally, as you have read in the resident letters posted on your door we have contracted a tow truck service. Please note this was done to help maintain the property as well as to make sure that you as resident have an opportunity to park closer to your apartment as we have removed cars that are abandoned or double and triple parked. Also note we do not accept cash as a form of payment so that all money transactions can be documented. If you have any other concerns please feel free to call me. Thank you, Alba

I dont know your age. If you desire your business approval to improve, and that would equate to a happier more cooperative clientel I would suggest not only monitoring this site for ways you can defend yourself but more importantly for the things your being criticized for and can improve on. That is the sign of a mature flourishing business person. That you respond only in defense, and I have seen many, shows your "age" not your physical age. I do hope to see improved handling. Why not elevate the appeal of the apartment complex beyond just the asthetic - which the maintainance crews do an excellent job ofdoing, and are quite pleasant. Many mature people live in this facilty. Many business people, with age, maturity and life and business experience. And the youth are beginning their life. You might try a little show of respect and diplomacy. You wont get any respect until you can show some. I wouldnt live here if I didnt want to.
