The apartment complex and its staff are "allright" but honestly the thing I dislike most about living here is having to worry about whether your apartment or car have been broken into. Management seriously needs to take a closer look at how to cut down on crime. HPD crime statistics don't lie about all the crime in the 900 block of Kingwood Dr. I know you will give the excuse that "all of Kingwood got hit hard" but honestly is that really an excuse' NO, that's a reason to help residents with this problem.

Additionally, You provide less services and raise rent as others have mentioned' What about these apartments calls for higher rent'
