I understand everyone's frustrations with the current office management, but the problem lies with the Management Company. If everyone would write letters to them, maybe someone from corporate would do something about what we have to deal with. I have lived there for some while now and have never seen it this bad. The office staff is a high school clic and if you want to speak to our manager you need to make an appointment. I have never heard of making an appointment to speak to the manager, all the managers I have dealt with had an open door policy. Here is the contact information for the management company:

I have never had any problems in speaking with management. Mary was very pleasant and accommodating anytime i spoke with her.
