The lodge is a great apartment complex, with an excellent location. It has a surrounding gate with access code entry, most complexes in kingwood don't even offer that. If you are looking to rent in the kingwood area and you want to get the best deal, deal meaning quality of your apartment and the ammenities the complex offers, the lodge is currently that place. Now if you want an apartment where the managemnt is lax with the rules then you should look into the older complexes in inner kingwood that are further away from the highway.

Don't forget to mention the 9 cars at the gate on a weekend night waiting to get in, even saw a guy get out and push the exit gate off the tracks while I was coming around the corner on my way out. guess there was a huge party everyone had to get to. needless to say the next day I noticed the gates weren't working. oh yeah did you mention the ongoing loud car music and excessive speeders once inside the gate. I don't think you have much to compare your stay to seeing as you have only been here this year.
