I must admit that I never come on this website because to me it seems like such a waste of time and frankly I have better things to do but over the weekend I was at the pool and I heard people that live here talking about it so I decided to come on and take a look. First of all, I have to say that I strongly disagree. I haved lived at the Lodge for almost 2 1/2 years and I have seen a couple of different managers come and go but I have also lived in other apt complexes too and seen managers come and go so I guess its just the nature of the business. I have had a couple of things break in my apt and I called and spoke with Alba and she got someone out there right away. I also had a complaint about some of my neighbors and she also took care of that right away and I havent had a problem since. Personally I think that the towing of cars that are illegally parked is great. Sometimes I work late at night and finding a parking spot when I got home was a nightmare because people would be taking up more than one spot and things like that. So I think its great, HELLO people if you park your car the right way then it will be there when you wake up. Plain and simple. I was also at the pool the other day and the cop that they have came and told me I had to leave because I didnt have a wristband pool pass. I completely understood because I got the letter and just didnt pay attention to it so I went into the office got a band no big deal. I think overall if you call the manager or just go into the office to talk to her then she will fix whatever the problem is that you may have because that was my experience with her. She was very helpful and sweet. My building and the ones around where I live have also improved a lot in pass couple of months they are painted all the time and clean. I dont know how long she has been here but she seems to be putting those guys out there to work. Overall Im really happy living here. Its nice, well managed and maintained and close to everything that I need. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a nice place to live in Kingwood.

That's interesting, I have never met the manager, every time we go in there we always have to wait till a leasing agent defers our questions to someone in a back room. I agree with most of your parking remarks, however parking gets to be a problem at night and I'm wondering how many cars people have around here. We have asked numerous times about the pool table, the weight room and the rec room radio repairs with nothing more than " yeah, we're going to get them repaired, peoples kids just come in here and well you know kids", That was over a year ago. On a different note, No manager in a career oriented world should ever be on here acting high school, unless your still in high school. When someone needs something from me in a customer service oriented world, I make a note, get something done about it and before the end of the day that problem is solved or the person with the problem gets a phone call or email with a status report from me on how its being handled and what can be done.

I Totally agree. The manager Alba doesn't care once you are in the door. I have your rent, what are you going to about it attitude is rediculous. I am a professional and I expect at least the manager to be that way as well. I spoke with the manager today about the parking situation and was told that "it's not that bad, you are really the only one complaining". That's funny since I have read 3 just in the top 5 complaints.;

LandMan last year said that Alba was always in the back and the people upfront have to go back there and ask her. Nothing has changed. I find Alba to be cold, uncaring and unresponsive. I lived here a couple of years ago and the manager was nice. Now things are terrible.
