Mallard Creek at Kingwood Apartments

I've Enjoyed My Home... From: julannj@hotmail.com Date posted: 7/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have currently lived here for three years and I'm disappointed to leave to another apartment.. :( I do agree the rent prices are getting outrageous which is why I'm leaving, I need a larger apartment and with my income all our money would be spent in just the rent and electricity bill. (But rent everywhere in Kingwood is $$) I'm not sure why but the electricity bill is very expensive. But, anytime I ever needed anything done or worked on, the front office would have it taken care by the end of the week. We were always acknowleged and treated as an equal, on a personal level. We did undergo new mngt., but anywhere you go changes will be made you just need to be more open to new things and...since, we have had parking added and the buildings were repainted. This is a safe enviroment to be in.
