I am in the office pretty often using the business center or picking up packages and the girls in the office are always helpful. The manager is always there to listen to any concerns I have and she addresses the situation quickly and professionally. All of the maintenance guys are hardworking, I felt a little bad when I called about my a.c not cooling because the guy was in the blazing hot sun sweating...and that was just for my apartment, I could not imagine doing their jobs. I am thankful that I live in place where the entire staff cares about their tenants. And happy that I did not have to pay to replace the a.c like I had to in my house :)
