The office staff does not comply with any requests nor do they treat anyone kindly..I am amazed this place has not "cleaned house" with the staff.

Of all the accusations on this website, why doesn't the people who continuously complain move somewhere else? If your situation is that terribly bad, pack your ____ up and move. ??? I do not understand the concept of complaining rigorously and never doing anything about it.
